Effective Injury Recovery
Sports injuries do occur and may often be the result of overuse through playing too hard or too often, for example elbow and shoulder problems for golfers and tennis players or by a simple accident such as slipping and spraining a joint or muscle during game play.
I am often asked about supports and braces for both injury prevention and to assist with the injury recovery. Back and joint supports can be very helpful and are used by many of us. To see a large range of back supports and also knee, ankle, wrist and elbow supports and braces go to www.thebadbackcompany.co.uk
Early treatment coupled with advice for future injury prevention are key to staying in the game.

Your Initial Consultation
At the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and registration form. Following this a thorough initial physical assessment to identify the source of your injury and symptoms will be carried out in order that the safest form of treatment can be selected.
The findings will then be discussed with you and advice with regard to work, sport and activity will also be discussed so you will know what to expect and do after treatment. Rehabilitative exercises to help restore strength back to the injured muscle or joint will also be advised upon.
Treatment will normally begin at the first consultation.
